Extra Crispy Buffalo Wings
Prepare chicken wings by cutting in half and removing tips.
Season the wings well with salt and pepper.
Mix with all purpose flour to ensure each wing is covered well.
Here is the secret; put the wings in the fridge for an hour.
Preheat oven to 225.
Heat peanut oil to 375.
Fry wings in batches until crisp and golden.
Place in warmed oven on parchment paper lined tray.
Cover in your favourite sauce and enjoy!
