You'll never buy packaged taco seasoning again.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 1⁄2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1⁄2 tsp sea salt
  • 1⁄2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1⁄2 tsp dried oregano
  • ds cayenne pepper
  • ds freshly ground pepper

Instructions

Put all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.

Notes

* If using with meat. Stir a little water into the bowl of spices and mix to form a paste. Add about 1/2 cup of water to 1lb of meat, bring to a slight boil, turn down heat and add the paste. Stir well.

* Sprinkle taco seasoning on top of your nachos, either before you add your toppings or after.
